MVA series tunnel type induction heating machines are parallel resonance and voltage intermediate circuit systems. They are manufactured as 100kVA, 125kVA and 150kVA as standard. At lower and higher power, special production is realized for customer demand. Depending on the application area, coil safety can be increased with isolated transformer. The resonance frequency is monitored continuously, so that the max. yield is obtained. Advanced overcurrent protection circuit, high temperature control, cooling water pressure warning converts the induction heating machine into a safe structure. Depending on the application, the machine can be compatible with the robot and thus production costs are reduced and process traceability is ensured.
